About me and my practice

Having successfully completed a BSc in Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London, I qualified as a Psycotherapeutic Counsellor and proceed to undertake a Master's degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, under formal supervision by an accredited UKCP supervisor.

I follow a relational approach in my counselling work and take confidentiality very seriously. I also believe in respect towards self and others and that transpires in my work.

I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA).
